It is incredibly important to us that you are happy with everything you have purchased from the Leia online boutique. However, we also appreciate that you haven’t been able to talk directly to one of expert consultants in store or try everything on to make sure it is exactly what you were looking for. So, if you aren’t completely satisfied then please send it back to us with the labels intact and we will refund the purchase price. Unfortunately postage and packaging costs are non returnable and we will not be held responsible for returns that do not reach us.

If we have sent you something defective then we will be happy to replace it where possible or refund the price you paid, whichever you prefer.

We are sure that you appreciate for hygiene reasons that we can’t take back anything worn or washed.
