Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Bank Holiday prize draw terms and conditions:

  • 1. The promoter of this prize draw is Adden Ltd t/a Leia (“the Promoter”). The prize draw is open to anyone aged 16 years and above, who are not employed by or connected with the Promoter.

  • 2. The prize draw will run from 09:00 hours on 27th May 2016 and close at 09:00 hours (GMT) on 31st May 2016.

  • 3. To enter the prize draw, an order must be placed on Leia between 09:00 hours on 27th May 2016 and 09:00 hours on 31st May 2016. There is no minimum spend, and all customers that place an order between these dates will automatically be entered into the prize draw.

  • 4. The prize for each of the five winners will be a £50 Leia voucher to spend online at

  • 5. The winners of the prize will be selected at random by independent judges. The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence shall be entered into. The winner will be notified via email or telephone within 7 days of the closing date/time (31st May 2016 at 09:00 hours GMT).

  • 6. Please note that no cash prize alternative will be offered. The promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the prize draw including altering prizes. The prize is non-negotiable. The Promoters decision is final.

  • 7. If the potential winner(s) cannot be contacted by 14th June 2016 or the prize notification is returned or is undeliverable, such potential winner(s) forfeits all rights to the prize, and an alternative winner(s) may be selected. An unclaimed prize may not be awarded.

  • 8. The Promoters reserve the right to suspend, cancel or modify this promotion at any time (and for any reason) without notice.

  • 9. This prize draw is not restricted to UK residents. However, we currently only distribute within the UK.

  • 10. By entering into this prize draw, the participant agrees to identify and hold harmless Adden Ltd and the promoters and their respective affiliates and their promotional partners (including each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents) from and against any liabilities, losses, damages, rights, claims or other causes of action of any kind arising (in whole or in part), directly or indirectly, out of participation in the prize competition or resulting directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the prize competition (including, without limitation, personal injury, death, and/or property damage, as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation, and/or invasion of privacy). For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in the preceding sentence is intended to exclude or limit the liability of the Promoters, Adden Ltd in respect of death or personal injury caused by the promoters’ negligence.
