Sadly, our store in Bluewater has now closed. Please find further information below regarding returns, loyalty cards and other frequently asked questions. If you have any other queries, please do not hesitate to contact our customer services department.

FAQ's:

1. What happens if I have a return or exchange?

Once the store has closed you will still be able to return or exchange in line with our terms & conditions. To do so, please contact our customer services department on 01536 765250 or email us on customer.services@leialingerie.com. We will then send you a postage label and our store in York will be able to process this for you.

2. What happens if I have a loyalty card?

Please contact our customer services department on 01536 765250 or email us on customer.services@leialingerie.com. We will then ask you to send your loyalty card to us, alongside the details of the bra you would like, so we can get this sent out to you.

3. What happens if I have a RAF voucher?

You can redeem your RAF voucher against purchases made via telephone from our York store. Please contact customer services on 01536 765250 to organise this.

4. Where else can I buy your brands?

Our brands are available to buy online at www.leialingerie.com. We offer free delivery and returns on all orders over £50.
