Delivery Options

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is charged at £3.75 and will be delivered by Royal Mail (Signed For). This option can take 3 - 5 working days from date of dispatch (excluding bank holidays and weekends). However, we know you don't want to wait for your order, so our team will aim to deliver it as quickly and efficiently as we can.

Free Delivery

We are currently running a free delivery promotion, free delivery is standard delivery on all orders over £30 placed between 10am on Friday 24th November '17 and 12 midnight on Monday 27th November '17.

Express Delivery

For £6.95, we can get your purchases to you within 1 - 2 working days from date of dispatch (Please Note: orders will be delivered via Royal Mail Signed For). Order before midday Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and weekends). Perfect if waiting just isn't an option.

Please note that we only deliver to the UK and Channel Islands and unfortunately cannot accept orders from outside of the UK.

Our chosen carrier is Royal Mail and whilst we will certainly endeavor to deliver your order to you as soon as possible, delivery depends on their standard timescales and procedures. Please note that all our parcels require a signature upon receipt. If you are not available to sign for the order, Royal Mail should leave you a calling card to pick it up from your local sorting office.

Not every product is available at the same time, so we reserve the right to deliver your order by installments.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 working days from dispatch, please contact us and we’ll investigate this for you further.

Returns Policy

Please follow the steps below for returning items;

1. Complete the returns form that was provided within your order ensuring you have stated the reason for return.

2. Peel off the freepost label, stick it to the parcel and post it to us (within 28 days of receipt for full priced items and 14 days for sale/ outlet items, time periods may very around christmas).

3. Ensure you obtain a proof of postage from Royal Mail.*

4. Upon receipt of your return we will process aim your return within 14 days.

5. Please allow a further 3 – 5 working days for this to appear in your account.

* Please be aware that our free post sticker is for standard second class delivery only and is not trackable. Always cover the original label to ensure you are not charged for your original delivery again. Therefore, in the unlikely event that your parcel goes missing you will need to wait 28 days for your return to be processed.

Please return all unwanted purchases in their original condition to: Webstore, Leia, 6 Spurriergate, York, YO1 9QR.

Here is some important information regarding our returns policy:

1. All returns must be sent to the web store address provided and may not be returned to any other Leia store or premises operated by us.
2. Damaged garments which have been received within the past 12 months (going by the purchase date) will be accepted back as faulty. Anything which has been received after this period will be classed as general wear and tear. Any garments which are not approved by the QA department will not be refunded in full. If the garment is found to be damaged due to customer misuse, or if no fault can be detected then the garment will be returned and a credit note will not be issued. If the consumer acknowledges that the garment has been in the washing machine, this will not be accepted back for inspection. The QA team’s decision is final. Unhygienic bras will not be examined by QA and these will be returned to the store with a letter.
3. For hygiene reasons we can't take back anything that has been worn or washed therefore all tags must be in tact and the item/s returned to us in a re-sellable condition.
4. In line with distance selling laws; Should you wish to send something back to us, please notify us in writing (via post or email) within 14 days of receiving the product/s. Unfortunately we cannot accept requests via telephone. You will be required to return the goods within 14 days of cancellation. Leia will reimburse all payments (with the exception of non-standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the goods. If notification is received after 14 days, we will refund the delivery charge, but only if the goods are deemed damaged or faulty.
5. If notification is received after 14 days, we will refund the delivery charge but only if the goods are deemed damaged, faulty or incorrect.
6. Please note: As of 2nd August 2017 we will no longer be offering exchanges on Leia products.

7. If you have used a gift voucher/card and return part of your order, we will refund the value of the item to the gift card first and refund any outstanding balance to your credit/debit card.

8. Christmas Returns: Our returns period has been extended until 22nd January 2018 for all orders placed between Friday 17th November 2017 and Wednesday 20th December 2017.
