Delivery Details

You’ve seen, you’ve shopped, now you want to get hold of your Leia goodies. Question is how?

Valentines Delivery

To ensure you get your order before Valentines please place your order before 12pm on the 6th of February for standard delivery & before 12pm on the 11th of February for express delivery. We will certainly endeavour to deliver your order to you as soon as possible, delivery depends on Royal Mail's standard timescales and procedures.

Standard delivery

Standard delivery is charged at £3.75. This option can take 3 - 5 working days from date of dispatch. However, we know you don't want to wait for your order, so our team will aim to deliver it as quickly and efficiently as we can.

Free Delivery

Spend £40 or more online and you can enjoy free standard delivery - perfect!

Express Delivery

For £6.95, we can get your purchases to you within 1 - 2 working days from date of dispatch. Order before midday Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays or public holidays). Perfect if waiting just isn't an option.

Premium Delivery (gift cards only)

For just £6.95, we’ll deliver your gift card by premium delivery. You can choose a specified delivery date of up to three weeks in advance. However, please note that we cannot deliver on weekends or bank holidays. If a preferred delivery date is not selected, then we'll aim to deliver within 1 - 2 working days of dispatch. To choose your specified delivery date simply select from the calendar drop down on the gift card page.


Some other things we need to mention

Please note that we only deliver to the UK and Channel Islands and unfortunately cannot accept orders from outside of the UK.

Our chosen carrier is Royal Mail and whilst we will certainly endeavor to deliver your order to you as soon as possible, delivery depends on their standard timescales and procedures. Please note that all our parcels require a signature upon receipt. If you are not available to sign for the order, Royal Mail should leave you a calling card to pick it up from your local sorting office.

Not every product is available at the same time, so we reserve the right to deliver your order by installments.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 working days from dispatch, please contact us and we’ll investigate this for you further.

Returns Policy

We offer free returns on all online orders. You'll find a free returns label included in your delivery. Make sure you receive a proof of postage from the Post Office and we'll sort the rest.

If you need some reassurance then here is our standard returns policy...

It's incredibly important to us that you are happy with everything you have purchased from our online boutique. We also appreciate that you haven’t been able to talk directly to one of expert consultants in store or try everything on to ensure it is exactly what you were looking for.

Please follow the steps below for returning items;
1. Complete the returns form that was provided within your order ensuring you have stated the reason for return.

2. Peel off the freepost label, stick it to the parcel and post it to us (within 28 days of receipt for full priced items and 14 days for sale/ outlet items, time periods may very around christmas).

3. Ensure you obtain a proof of postage from Royal Mail.*

4. Upon receipt of your return we will process your return within 14 days.

5. Please allow a further 3 – 5 working days for this to appear in your account.


* Please be aware that our free post sticker is for standard second class delivery and is not trackable. Therefore, in the unlikely event that your parcel goes missing you will need to wait 28 days for your return to be processed.

Please return all unwanted purchases in their original condition to: Webstore, Leia, 6 Spurriergate, York, YO1 9QR.

Here is some important information regarding our returns policy:

1. All returns must be sent to the web store address provided and may not be returned to any other Leia store or premises operated by us.
2. If we have sent you something defective then we will be happy to replace it where possible or refund the price you paid, whichever you prefer.
3. We are sure that you appreciate for hygiene reasons we can't take back anything that has been worn or washed therefore all tags must be in tact and the item/s returned to us in a re-sellable condition.
4. We'll refund the delivery charge if a written request is included in your returns parcel, if you return your entire order within 7 days of the receipt date in line with distance selling laws. Unfortunately we cannot accept requests via email or telephone.
5. If notification is received after 7 days, we will refund the delivery charge but only if the goods are deemed damaged, faulty or incorrect.
6. Please note that refunds will be processed only via original method of payment.
7. If you have used a gift voucher/card and return part of your order, we will refund the value of the item to the gift card first and refund any outstanding balance to your credit/debit card.
